Brief Summary:
A team from Pantano Christian Church spent four full days of teaching pastors throughout a couple of different cities in Ghana. In total over 150 grass roots church planting pastors were taught Crown’s biblical principals by Phil Hobbs, Elizabeth Linaman and Ed Harrow. He also taught one full day of "Business by the Book" to 27 business men and women in the city of Ho. All the teachings took place in small group settings of about 25 to 30 people each. It was all about developing personal relationships and it was through these relationships developed during this teaching that the following happened.

Results:
Over 150 pastors, each responsible for 5-6 village ministries, were taught, as well as 27 business people through the one-day “Business by the Book” seminar.

Testimonies:
One of the pastors who went through the Crown training, taught these biblical financial principals to his entire church in Ho, Ghana. After each Sunday teaching session, the church was divided into four groups so that discussion and one on one financial counseling and ministry could take place. Crown is now soundly established in this church in Ho. Secondly, one of the business people that attended the “Business by the Book” class then began a relationship with the ministry pastor from his area. Later this business man, who was also one of the regional native chiefs of the area, donated seven acres of land to the ministry for development of an orphanage for children who were left as a result of HIV and aids. Crown teaching in a small group setting made the difference and this business man realized that it was all about God's ownership of his business and that God wanted him to bless those that are making a difference for Christ.
