Brief Summary:
Haiti has no shortage of Protestant churches, “the only hope for Haiti is through its local churches”. However many churches are led by self-proclaimed pastors with little training. The result is a weakbiblical foundation of its leaders and potential of syncretism with a voodoo culture.

In an effort to spread what they received at the Ignite! training Ro & Karen were off to Haiti to share wisdom in financial aspects and empower others in leadership. This was the 5th Seminar in 3 visits Ro & Karen led since 2006. At this 2 day seminar 29 pastors of several denominations from surrounding villages were taught and hosted. The pastors were all equipped with a copy of the Pastors Resource Guide, Crown Financial Bible Study in French and were handed a certificate of completion at the end. As a bonus a Haitian radio station (Radio Evangilie) interviewed one of the trainers and a few participants. This interview was aired in end of August.

Results:
All 29 Pastors signed a Crown Covenant, agreeing to teach 100 people the Crown Financial Bible Study by 2015.

Testimonies:
A formally Crown trained World Relief staff member gave his testimony on how the training allowed him to teach several studies at his home church and shared how  transformation has begun to take place.
