Brief Summary:
The training was conducted over 2 days and was extremely well received as judged by participant comments and the level of active participation. During the training, there was experiential feedback from the pastors and that allowed for open dialect to hone in on these concepts.

The section on Honesty and Integrity received the most questions, testimonies, and comments due to communism and the corruption in their nation. After extended discussion the consensus was that the church leaders would try to leave and teach according to the Scripture presented in the Crown teachings.

Results:
Trained 148 pastors & each responded by committing to teach 100 people biblical financial principles by 2015.

Best Practices:
Factor in extra time during the training for the translation time; The open discuss brought the teachings to the desired conclusions in accord with the Scriptures.
